Can you draw cartoon people?
If your answer is "No, I can't" but at the deep inside your heart you want to have the skill, then DON'T WORRY my friends.. I could show you the easiest way to get that skill.
I have 5 simple steps which you guys could follow.
then.. Lets begin with the Basic Way..
1. Draw The Line and Curve.
If you could draw the line and curve like below..
It's mean you have the basic skill to draw cartoon people. Why I could say that ? Because, the construction of cartoon people are built from curve and simple lines.
And if you could connected between the curves and the lines, they will become like the picture below.
Below is the finished sample of simple cartoon people which is built from them. And for next, we call this cartoon people as OBJECT.
The expression and reaction of the object here shows the visualizing of a cartoon's emotion. You could show the reaction and expression by moving some of the elements of the object or giving some more lines, etc. It could be a lineament, hand movement or posture.

Pose or style of the object is a form of visual expression which shown to support a situation. It is very possible for you to draw a cartoon in one style only. But whether the cartoon could be a good view or represents a message that you want to submit, you have to draw the cartoon in the right pose or style.

4. Choosing The Background
A background where the object will be placed is often considered to be an additional elements only, but nevertheless does not mean it can be considered negligible. Many objects are great cartoons, but because they are not not supported with a great background then the picture looks not so interesting, or sometimes not interesting at all. But still this is only necessary with the portion of the continuous exercise.
